A bit about me: I was born in Provo, Utah. I grew up in Orem, UT. Currently I am back at ground zero, mostly to get back on my feet, earn some money and develop a game plan. I recently got home from Pittsburgh, PA. I was living there, and attending School online full time. I study Information Technology or Computer Information Sciences, every school calls it something different. The 15th of December I started work at a company called Directpointe; they install, support, and maintain networks for many companies. I work at their network operation center as tech support. The good thing about my job is I learn new things everyday, as technology changes, I am required to keep up.

This last few months I have been web-designing on the side. I attended the Drupalcon January 2009 in Washington DC. This has brought forth new desires and goals. Although I have designed a few websites, most of them have been fairly small, and I continue to play, break and redesign them. jessicalarsen.com once finished will stay this way, and be used for my portfolio.

My interests include: Traveling, Scuba Diving, Design, Computers, Yoga, Skiing, Dancing, Flying, Surfing, River rafting, Art, and other fun stuff, I mostly enjoy traveling and learning new things about cultures and people. I am open to new activities, and new people.
